The Vincennes Lincoln Alices won the last time they faced the Shoals Jug Rox, and things went their way on Friday too. Vincennes Lincoln breezed by Shoals on the road to the tune of 56-29.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Vincennes Lincoln to victory, but perhaps none more so than Joshua Clegg, who scored 9 points along with 3 steals. Clegg hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Joel Sanders, who scored 13 points.
Vincennes Lincoln now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Shoals, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Vincennes Lincoln will be home for the holidays to greet Princeton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Princeton is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road. Shoals won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Loogootee at 7:30 p.m. on December 9th. Loogootee presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Shoals in Indiana (Loogootee is ranked 11th, while Shoals is ranked 310th).
