The South Pointe Stallions stacked a 16th blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Friday. They breezed by York on the road to the tune of 90-9. The victory was familiar territory for South Pointe who now have 22 in a row.
Leading South Pointe to victory were Victoria Morris and Kaleigh Lucas. Morris scored 23 points along with seven rebounds and six steals, while Lucas scored 26 points along with eight assists and seven steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Lucas has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of JaNyia Cunningham, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 13 rebounds.
South Pointe's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 24-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.3 points per game. As for York, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-18.
South Pointe does not have any more games scheduled as of now. York also has no future games currently scheduled.
