Menard is 10-0 against Paint Rock since January of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Menard Yellowjackets will head out on the road to square off against the Paint Rock Indians at 7:30 p.m. The pair have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Menard and eight for Paint Rock.
Last Friday, Menard was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 42-41 to Santa Anna.
Meanwhile, Paint Rock was beaten by Santa Anna 64-21 last Friday. Paint Rock was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 29-9.
Menard bumped their record down to 3-11 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road. That rough patch could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 26.0 points per game. As for Paint Rock, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.
