While Cave City didn't have the best season last year (they finished 11-16), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They walked away with a 60-52 victory over the Valley Springs Tigers on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Cavemen sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Cave City pushed their record up to 7-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.6 points per game. As for Valley Springs, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.

Cave City will be home for the holidays to greet Bergman at 7:00 p.m. on December 17th. As for Valley Springs, they will challenge Salem at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
