Northside Christian Academy will be defending their home turf for the first time on Friday when they go up against Commonwealth at Northside Christian Academy Stadium at 7:00 PM. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Northside Christian Academy were fully in charge last Friday, breezing past Statesville Christian 38-0. The team accrued the bulk of their points in the first half (32) and coasted on those for the win.
Meanwhile, everything went Commonwealth's way against Victory Christian Center last week as the team secured a 56-14 victory. Commonwealth was expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the rankings had forecast.
Their wins bumped Commonwealth to 1-1 and Northside Christian Academy to 1-1. Keep an eye on the score for this one : both teams put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up.
