Colton Pearson Tops All Others This Week
Starting off the list is Centerville's Colton Pearson, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Pearson's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 102 rushing yards. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack and making four total tackles.
The win (which was Centerville's third in a row) raised their record to 5-1. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Tigers takes on Leon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Michael Sullivan Turns in Season-Best Effort
Michael Sullivan produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Corrigan-Camden to the win on Friday. Sullivan rushed for 87 yards and a touchdown on only five carries, and also threw for 127 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 passes. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 72 yards.
Corrigan-Camden's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-3. Sullivan and Corrigan-Camden will head out on the road to face off against Hearne at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Phillips Came Up Big in Centerville's 31-14 Victory
The second Centerville player making an appearance here is Amarius Phillips, and for good reason. He rushed for 119 yards. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his sixth straight game with at least 111 rushing yards dating back to last season.
This year, Phillips has averaged 155.8 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 30.83 rushing yards per game.

Gavin Vanreenen Makes It Three for Centerville
Another Centerville player making an appearance on this list is Gavin Vanreenen. He forced a fumble and made six total tackles (1.0 for loss).
