If the MaxPreps national rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Ar-We-Va. They will take on Clay Central-Everly at home at 7:00 PM on Friday. Ar-We-Va are cruising in on a six-game winning streak while Clay Central-Everly are stumbling in off of six consecutive losses.
Ar-We-Va took their matchup against Newell-Fonda last Friday by a conclusive 47-14 score. Followers of Ar-We-Va probably expected little less of the squad in a season in which they have collected five blowout victories.
Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 0-65, which was the final score in Clay Central-Everly's tilt against River Valley.
Ar-We-Va simply couldn't be stopped the last time the two teams met, as they easily beat Clay Central-Everly 65-0. Will Ar-We-Va repeat their success, or does Clay Central-Everly have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
