The Idabel Warriors can now show off 13 landslide victories after their most recent contest on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat KIPP Tulsa University Prep 88-41 on the road. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 50-22.
Idabel was led to victory by John paul Sumo and Cordavious Hankins. Sumo scored 18 points, while Hankins scored 25 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Hankins has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Baker Hoskins, who scored 11 points.
Idabel's win was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-4. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 39.2 points. As for KIPP Tulsa University Prep, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-20.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Idabel will take on Kingston at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Kingston will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Idabel surely won't give up without a fight. As for KIPP Tulsa University Prep, they will be playing at home against Hugo at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
