Douglas' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Adam Dunphy, who scored 21 points. That makes it eight consecutive games in which Dunphy has scored at least 25% of Douglas' points. Colton Howard was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Despite the loss, Hopedale still got an impressive performance from Patrick Madden, who scored 20 points. The game was Madden's eighth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Nathan Rutkowski, who scored nine points.
The victory got Douglas back to even at 4-4. As for Hopedale, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.
