After having lost a blowout in their previous game against West Hancock, Keokuk was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 51-29 margin over the Fairfield Trojans. The Chiefs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven games by 22 points or more this season.

Keokuk's win bumped their record up to 10-5. As for Fairfield, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.

Keokuk didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 67-38 victory against Central Lee on the 1st. As for Fairfield, they will welcome Holy Trinity Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
