For the second straight game, Washington will face off against McGuffey. The Prexies will be playing at home against the Highlanders  at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
Washington got their first taste of in-conference action  on Monday and they started things off strong. They walked away with  a   6-3  win over McGuffey.
  Austin Chaney and  Jayden Hagan did most of the damage at the plate:  Chaney  got on base  in three of his four plate appearances with one  triple and one  run, while  Hagan  went 2-for-4 with one  stolen base, two  RBI,  and one  double. That  triple was  Chaney's first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of  Noah Patton, who  went 1-for-3 with two  stolen bases and two  runs.
 McGuffey is  on  a  three-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 8-7-1. As for Washington, their victory  ended  a  three-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 4-11.
