Rowdy Hooper and Joey Kirchoff did most of the damage at the plate: Hooper went 2-for-5 with six stolen bases, four runs, and four RBI, while Kirchoff got on base in four of his five plate appearances with five stolen bases, five runs, and one double. McFadyen wasn't the only one making solid contact as five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was Aiden Wildebaur, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one RBI. Johnny Romero also deserves some recognition as he hit his first double of the season.
Bagdad now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Kingman Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.
