Amelia Shih made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off six hits (and only one walk). She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in eight consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one run.
In other batting news, Brynn Connolly was excellent, going 3-for-4 with two stolen bases and one run. Another player making a difference was Carthan Connolly, who went 1-for-4 with one triple, two RBI, and one run.
