After constant struggles on the road, Melrose have finally found some success away from home. They were fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Dora 56-8. The win was a breath of fresh air for Melrose as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Melrose will be playing at home against Gateway Christian at at 7:00 PM next week. Gateway Christian are cruising in on a six-game winning streak. As for Dora, they will face off against Mesilla Valley Christian School. Mesilla Valley Christian School are limping into the contest on a six-game losing streak.
