Their tough 64-38 defeat to Franklin County Tech might stick with them for a while. Putnam Vo-Tech has not had much luck with Franklin County Tech recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
It was another big night for Lea Chapman, who scored 24 points along with five steals and five blocks for Franklin County Tech. That makes it three consecutive games in which Chapman has scored at least 25% of Franklin County Tech's points. Another player making a difference was Kyra Goodell, who scored 12 points along with five steals and five blocks.
Putnam Vo-Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Franklin County Tech, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-2.
