Chelmsford won the last time they faced Lawrence and things went their way on Monday too. The Lions blew past the Lancers 17-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

Chelmsford now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Lawrence, their loss was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Chelmsford will take on rival Lowell at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The game will give the Lions their first taste of in-conference action this season. Meanwhile, Lawrence is set to square off against their familiar foe Central Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
