The Jordan Bulldogs are on the road again on Saturday and play against the Bell Gardens Lancers at 6:00 p.m. on December 2nd. Jordan has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 118 points over their last three games.
Jordan had already proven themselves in the regular season, and didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 42-30 win over George Washington Prep on Friday. The score was all tied up 14-14 at the break, but Jordan was the better team in the second half.
David Sandy continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 221 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.6 yards per carry. Sandy was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 59 yards. De'Marion Brown also deserves a shout-out for his two touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Bell Gardens entered their tilt with Lynwood with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. Bell Gardens came out on top against Lynwood by a score of 27-14 on Friday.
Jordan's win bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Bell Gardens, they pushed their record up to 9-5 with that victory, which was their fourth straight at home.
