Springlake-Earth fell 22-18 to Ralls in the closest game of the week. J.T. Weldon was a bright spot for the Wolverines, as he threw for 44 yards and ran for 71 yards in the loss.
Bovina led 1A-2 Region I District 3 in points allowed with 13.
Springlake-Earth's offense was unstoppable this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Weldon chipped in 71 yards.
John Caffey's team's dynamic duo of Weldon and Monroe Luther proved tough for the Jack Rabbits to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
