Bristol was dealt a 72-34 loss at the hands of Delaware County Christian. Bristol has not had much luck with Delaware County Christian recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
It was another big night for Beau Lyren, who scored 20 points along with six assists for Delaware County Christian. The match was Lyren's third in a row with at least ten points. Luke Bushra was another key contributor, scoring 13 points.
Bristol's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-4. As for Delaware County Christian, they pushed their record up to 5-4 with that win, which was their third straight on the road.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bristol will square off against Dock Mennonite at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Dock Mennonite presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Bristol in Pennsylvania (Dock Mennonite is ranked 218th, while Bristol is ranked 448th). As for Delaware County Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Calvary Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
