Kyle Larson and Hunter Klatt provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Independence/Gilmanton. The connection went for 67 yards, the longest such play in Lakeland - South this season.
Clayton extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating the Indees, 52-12. The victory was the ninth in a row for the team.
Clayton's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Bears feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Larson has thrown for 1717 yards and 23 touchdowns this season, while Jordon Gilbertson has 41 catches for 594 yards. James Hoffman leads the league in rushing with 1164 yards.
Clayton took down Independence/Gilmanton 52-12 last week, the largest margin of any game. Larson threw for 350 yards and four touchdowns in the win.
