Clinton was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight  defeat. They lost  3-0 to the Racine Lutheran Crusaders. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season,  with their most recent  loss being a  2-1  defeat  last Saturday.
 Clinton was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Racine Lutheran work for it, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-19,  25-20.
 Macy Hinz paced Clinton's offense, picking up 16 kills. Hinz got some help from  Maryn Waite and her ten assists.  Sadie Yeadon controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.
 Racine Lutheran got their  victory on the backs of several key players, but it was  Sophia Schatzman out in front who  had 15  digs. Schatzman is  on a roll when it comes to  digs, as she's  now  had ten or more in each of the last three games she's  played.
Clinton's loss dropped their record down to 7-19. As for Racine Lutheran, they now  have a winning record of 15-14.
 Clinton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Racine Lutheran, they have already played their next contest,  a  3-0  defeat against Luther Prep on the 23rd.
