Saddleback Valley Christian might have drawn first blood against Crean Lutheran last Thursday, but it was Crean Lutheran who got the last laugh. Saddleback Valley Christian weren't too far behind, but the team still lost 13-17 to Crean Lutheran. The game was a 7-7 toss-up at halftime, but Saddleback Valley Christian was outplayed in the second half.
Meanwhile, it was close but no cigar for Trabuco Hills as they fell 19-21 to Pacifica last week.
