Sheridan Hills Christian has enjoyed a five-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will take on the Highlands Christian Knights at TBD on Tuesday. Sheridan Hills Christian knows how to get  points on the board -- the  squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past ten contests -- so hopefully the Knights like a good challenge.
 In what's become a running theme this season, Sheridan Hills Christian gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Village Academy 77-36 at home. With Sheridan Hills Christian ahead  41-20 at the half, the  matchup was all but over already.
 Sheridan Hills Christian's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   AJ Seay, who  scored 11 points along with five  steals. Another player making a difference was  Elias Feliz, who  dropped  a double-double on 16 points and 16  rebounds.
 Meanwhile, Highlands Christian's recent rough patch got a bit rougher  on Friday after their third straight  defeat. They took a  61-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of Pine Crest. Highlands Christian was down  51-31 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
 Sheridan Hills Christian pushed their record up to 21-4 with that  victory, which was their 13th straight  at home. They've been dominating during the  contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 30.2 points. As for Highlands Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-14.
 Sheridan Hills Christian came up short against the Knights when the teams last played  back in February of 2022, falling  60-56. Can Sheridan Hills Christian avenge their  loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
