Parker has gone 9-1 against Mohave Accelerated recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Broncs will welcome the Patriots at 3:45 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Parker turned things around against Chino Valley on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Cougars, sneaking past 8-6.

Maddix Young was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has become a key player for Parker: the team is 3-1 when he allows at most one hit, but 1-6 otherwise. Young was also big at the plate, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-4. What's more, he posted three RBI, the most he's had since back in March of 2024.
In other batting news, Oscar Ortega was excellent, going 2-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Eddy Panuco, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2.
Meanwhile, Mohave Accelerated came tearing into Friday's match with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the HORNETS as they made off with a 15-5 win. 15 seems to be a good number for the Patriots as the squad scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.
The team relied heavily on Cash Keller, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Vince Garcia, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.
Mohave Accelerated pushed their record up to 5-8 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.8 runs over those games. As for Parker, their win was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 4-7.
The batters for both teams will have to hit smart on Wednesday as both have some strikeout artists on the roster. Parker has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 7.5 strikeouts per game. However, it's not like Mohave Accelerated struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 7.1 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
Parker came out on top in a nail-biter against Mohave Accelerated when the teams last played back in March, sneaking past 8-6. Will the Broncs repeat their success, or do the Patriots have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
