Hailey Brennan made a splash while hitting and pitching. She struck out 12 batters over five innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off two hits (and only one walk). She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in nine consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and one double. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in May of 2024.
In other batting news, Haiylee Reeves was a standout: she scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in all four of her plate appearances.
