Ocean City have had a week off and are no doubt ready to get back on the field. On Friday they take on Triton at 7:00 PM. Ocean City are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the contest prepared for a fight.
After a string of three wins, Ocean City's good fortune finally ran out two weeks ago. They found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unpleasant 6-38 punch to the gut against St. Augustine Prep. Ocean City were down by 6-35 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Meanwhile, Triton were able to grind out a solid win over Cherry Hill West last Friday, winning 26-14. The success made it back-to-back wins for Triton.
Triton's victory lifted them to 3-2 while Ocean City's loss dropped them down to 3-1. We'll find out if Triton can add another positive mark to their record or if Ocean City can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Triton's step.
