West Liberty-Salem's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Chaley Wade, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds. Lilly Weaver was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with eight rebounds.
West Liberty-Salem is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-2 record this season. As for West Jefferson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-10.
West Liberty-Salem on the road again on Monday and play against Urbana at 7:30 p.m. on January 22nd. Urbana will be looking to extend their current four-game winning streak. As for West Jefferson, they will be playing at home against Madison Plains at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Hopefully Madison Plains focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 14 on Monday.
