After a string of three wins, Blessed Trinity's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Pope Greyhounds an easy 57-31 win. The game marked the Titans' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Blessed Trinity now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Pope, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Blessed Trinity will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Roswell at 3:30 p.m. on January 2, 2026. As for Pope, they and The King's Academy will face off at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. The Greyhounds will need to watch out since the Knights have now posted at least 55 points in their last seven matchups.
