The Aliso Niguel Wolverines will head out on the road to square off against the Etiwanda Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Aliso Niguel was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Dana Hills on Friday. The Wolverines never let the Dolphins get on the board and left with an 11-0 victory. That looming 11-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Wolverines yet this season.
Olivia Kuhnel tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over five innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks any time she's pitched this season.
