It was another big night for Mark Jenkins, who scored 17 points along with four steals and two blocks for Jefferson County Christian. Jenkins hasn't dropped below two steals for seven straight games. Another player making a difference was Ben Adams, who scored 12 points along with five steals.
The victory was the fifth in a row for Jefferson County Christian, bringing their record for this year to 10-4.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Westmoreland Christian Academy will challenge Jefferson County Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jefferson County Christian, they will head out on the road to take on Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Jefferson County Christian is coming into the match with three straight wins on the road, meaning Varsity Opponent will have to defend against a team hungry for a victory.
