Cornerstone Christian had to hit the road for their first game and  it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost  14-4 to the California Lutheran C-Hawks on Friday. The Crusaders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the C-Hawks apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  back in March of 2024.
 Cornerstone Christian saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Lorelei Alexander, who  went 1-for-3 with one  home run. Another  was  Sophia Lopez, who  went a perfect 2-for-2 with two  RBI.
The  win was their first  at home , bumping their record up to 2-3.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cornerstone Christian will take on Calvary Baptist at 3:15  p.m.  on Tuesday. Calvary Baptist will roll in looking for their  fourth straight  victory, something Cornerstone Christian surely won't give up without a fight. As for California Lutheran, they will challenge Entrepreneur at 3:15  p.m.  on March 21st.
