Moore County put the finishing touches on their 4th blowout victory of the season on Friday. Everything went their way against Richland as they made off with a 36-15 victory. Moore County were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
The win bumped Moore County's record up to 6-3. Richland's loss makes it three in a row and drags their record down to 3-6.
It's more conference action for Moore County and Richland in their upcoming matches. Moore County will stay at home next week against Mt. Pleasant at 7:00 PM. These teams both have set a high bar for this contest after stand-out offensive performances in their previous contests. Richland will take on Huntland at home at 7:00 PM. Neither of these teams wants a repeat from their last game since each was dealt a considerable defeat.
