Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Elkhart). They walked away with a 69-60 win over the Martinsville Pirates on Saturday. This was payback for the Elks, who suffered a 42-37 loss the last time these two teams met.

The victory got Elkhart back to even at 2-2. As for Martinsville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Looking ahead, Elkhart will welcome Frankston at 11:00 a.m. on Monday. As for Martinsville, they will take on Slocum at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
