Pine View won the last time they faced Snow Canyon and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Panthers walked away with a 3-1 win over the Warriors. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Pine View walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 25-19, 18-25, 25-14.

Their offense was headlined by Anthone Luekenga and Nathan Mitchell, who picked up ten kills apiece. They got some help from Isaiah Warner and his 31 assists. Brock Swensen controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Snow Canyon's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Matthew Sierra Velasquez, who had 15 digs and two aces, and Isaac Jaster, who had 12 digs, eight kills, two aces, and one block. Sierra Velasquez has been hot, having posted ten or more digs the last six times he's played.

Pine View's win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Snow Canyon, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 9-12.

Pine View has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Mountain Crest on the 3rd. As for Snow Canyon, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 loss against Provo on the 3rd.
