It was a good run, but Tri-Valley unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Friday. They fell just short of the Deer Creek-Mackinaw Chiefs by a score of 56-54. If the Vikings were looking for revenge after losing 57-38 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Tri-Valley's loss ended a 12-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 8-3. As for Deer Creek-Mackinaw, the win was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-2.
