Riley Horton Turns in Season-Best  Performance
 West Forsyth was led to victory by  Riley Horton, who turned in his biggest game of the season  on Friday. Horton threw for 197 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 81 yards on only eight carries. The  performance  marked the most  rushing yards  he has had since back in August.
 The  victory was  the fourth in a row for West Forsyth, bringing their record for this year to 6-2. Horton and West Forsyth will be playing in front of their home fans against R.J. Reynolds  at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.

Darell Paige Makes It Two for West Forsyth
 Another West Forsyth player making an appearance on this list is  Darell Paige. He wasn't messing around on Friday, picking up 83 receiving yards and two touchdowns, while also punching in two touchdowns on the ground. The  game was his third straight with two or   more rushing touchdowns dating back to last season.
 For the season,  Paige  has caught  those 2 touchdowns while averaging 21.6 receiving yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year,  he was only averaging 3.43  rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 37.86  rushing yards.

A Season-Best  Performance from  Zion Thompson Leads Mount Tabor over Glenn
 On Friday, Mount Tabor got the W thanks in part to  Zion Thompson playing the best football he has all season. Thompson rushed for 99 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries, and also picked up 72 receiving yards and a touchdown.
 If history really does repeat itself,  Thompson might just drop another big game when he faces off against Reagan on Thursday. When  Thompson last faced the Raiders  back in October of 2023, he rushed for 167 yards while picking up 9.3 yards per carry.

Bryce Baker's Big Game Leads East Forsyth over R.J. Reynolds
 East Forsyth picked up their eighth consecutive win   on Friday thanks in part to  Bryce Baker. Baker turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 259 yards and two touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes, and also punching in a touchdown on the ground.
 Baker is probably looking forward to his next game, a  home matchup against Glenn on Thursday. Back in October of 2023 (the last time  Baker saw the Bobcats), he threw for 276 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 13.8 yards per attempt, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.

CJ Blevins' Rushing Yards a New Career-High
 On Friday, West Forsyth got the W thanks in part to  CJ Blevins playing the best football he has all season. Blevins rushed for 165 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries, good enough to  set a new career-high in  rushing yards in the process. That high mark didn't come from nowhere:  he has now  rushed for 100 or more in the last three games he's  played.
 On the year,  Blevins  has averaged 17.4 receiving yards per game.
