They came out on top against Faith Baptist School by a score of 62-52 on Friday. That's another feather in the cap for Chestertown Christian Academy, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
When it comes to explaining why Faith Baptist School lost, one person who can't be blamed is Eli Miller. Despite the final result, he scored 30 points along with four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Miller has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Zach Miller, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds.
Chestertown Christian Academy now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Faith Baptist School, their loss dropped their record down to 4-1.
Chestertown Christian Academy will be playing at home against Wye River at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Faith Baptist School, they will head out on the road to take on Bayview Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Bayview Christian will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 233rd in Delaware, while Faith Baptist School is ranked 19th in Maryland).
