Grace Christian has enjoyed a two-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They just played last night, but they'll still head out to face the Victory Baptist Warrior at 3:00 p.m. on February 6th. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Grace Christian struggled with threes on Monday (the Eagles had five more) and sadly the final score reflected it. Grace Christian took a serious blow against the Eagles, falling 83-23. Grace Christian was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 50-17.
The losing side was boosted by Noah Farnsworth, who scored nine points.
Meanwhile, Victory Baptist's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 73-33 loss at the hands of Bethlehem Christian Academy.
Grace Christian's loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Victory Baptist, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.
Grace Christian was taken down by the Warrior 61-27 in their previous matchup last Monday. Can Grace Christian avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
