Ruby Gehringer put in work no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit over four innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-low in earned runs (zero). She was also solid in the batter's box, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

As for Saratoga Springs, they will welcome Vestal at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday. The Golden Bears' pitching crew has only allowed 2.3 runs per game this season, so the Blue Streaks' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
