George County won the last time they faced Jim Hill, and things went their way on Saturday, too. George County were able to grind out a solid victory over Jim Hill, winning 46-34.
George County's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 25 points in the first half. Jim Hill wasn't quite able to keep up, scoring 14 to make it 25-14 heading into the break. The offense for George County continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 21 points to put the game away. The win bumped their record up to 2-6. The loss dropped Jim Hill's record to 1-7.
Next week George County take on Pearl at 7:00 PM. Pearl are cruising in on a three-game winning streak. As for Jim Hill, they will face off against Petal. Petal are limping into the game on a three-game losing streak.
