The Haddon Heights Garnets will head out on the road to face off against the Oakcrest Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Haddon Heights is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last three games.
Last Saturday, Haddon Heights strolled past West Deptford with points to spare, taking the game 27-13.
Haddon Heights found their leader in underclassman Cinque Matthews, who rushed for 72 yards and two touchdowns.
Meanwhile, Oakcrest didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Atlantic City on Friday, but they still walked away with a 25-20 victory.
Oakcrest can attribute much of their success to Jamaad Davis, who rushed for 97 yards and two touchdowns, and also caught a touchdown. Nasir Mahmoud got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.
Haddon Heights' victory was their third straight at home, bumping their overall record up to 6-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 36.3 points per game. As for Oakcrest, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season.
