The Woodland Wildcats will head out on the road to square off against the Dalton Catamounts at 7:30 p.m. The teams are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Woodland has struggled recently with seven losses in a row, while the Catamounts will arrive with four straight wins.
Last Friday, Woodland lost to the Hurricanes on the road by a decisive 68-52 margin.
Meanwhile, everything went Dalton's way against the Colonels on Friday as the Catamounts made off with a 57-36 win.
Woodland has not been sharp recently as the team's lost eight of their last nine matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season. As for Dalton, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-12.
Woodland came up short against the Catamounts when the teams last played back in January, falling 55-47. Can Woodland avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
