Copley had lost three games straight , but after bumping their record up to 8-13 on Monday that streak is in the rearview. They put the hurt on the Cuyahoga Falls Black Tigers with a sharp 7-1 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 16-2 two weeks ago.

As for Cuyahoga Falls, they dropped their record down to 4-14 with the loss, which was their sixth straight on the road. Having soared to a lofty 12 runs in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

For Cuyahoga Falls' part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ireland Mills, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Coming up, Copley will be playing in front of their home fans against Barberton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Indians are facing the Magics at the right time seeing as the Magics are stuck on a seven-game losing streak. As for Cuyahoga Falls, they are taking a road trip to challenge Aurora at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
