Starting off the list is Murrieta Valley's Dorian Hoze, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Hoze rushed for 227 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 10.3 yards per carry. Those 227 rushing yards gave him a new career-high.

Big Game from Longstreet As Centennial Won 63-0
Husan Longstreet was instrumental in extending Centennial's winning streak to five on Thursday. Nobody could stop Longstreet as he threw for 216 yards and three touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes, and also rushed for 32 yards and a touchdown. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
Unfortunately for Vista Murrieta, this isn't the first big game they've seen from Longstreet. Back in October of 2023 (the last time Longstreet saw the Broncos), he threw for 299 yards and four touchdowns while completing 93.8% of his passes.

A Season-Best Effort from Jeremiah Watson Leads Murrieta Valley over Chaparral
On Friday, Murrieta Valley got the W thanks in part to Jeremiah Watson playing the best football he has all season. Watson rushed for 149 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 61 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
For the year, Watson has run in 4 touchdowns while averaging 60 rushing yards per game.

Joseph Stoffel Has Career-Day on Friday
Norco was led to victory by Joseph Stoffel, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Stoffel rushed for 93 yards and a touchdown on only nine carries, and also threw for 96 yards and a touchdown while completing 71.4% of his passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
For the season, Stoffel has thrown 5 touchdowns while averaging 131.6 passing yards per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he had one rushing touchdown. This year he is already up to two.

Schneider Made His Presence Known in Norco's 49-7 Victory
Keeping Stoffel company is Trevor Schneider, a fellow Norco player. He rushed for 129 yards and two touchdowns. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 111 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Schneider must have Roosevelt's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. When Schneider last faced the Mustangs back in October of 2023, he rushed for 140 yards and a touchdown.
