Martins Mill had a senior duo take command as Archer Schneider shot 64% from the field en route to 21 points and eight rebounds and Sawyer Moore went 6-for-12 on his way to 21 points. The contest was Schneider's third in a row with at least 21 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Briar Russell, who posted two points.

Martins Mill's victory bumped their record up to 8-1. As for Nolan Catholic, with the loss, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-5.

Martins Mill wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 53-44 win against Jefferson on the 9th. As for Nolan Catholic, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 54-49 defeat against Brock on the 6th.
