The Cedar View Christian Seahawks's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a hard 55-37 fall against Berean Academy. Cedar View Christian has not had much luck with Berean Academy recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
Leading Berean Academy to victory were Daniel Wigginton and Austen Harvey. Wigginton scored 14 points, while Harvey scored 18 points. Harvey is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last six games he's played.
Cedar View Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Berean Academy, the win for they keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.
Cedar View Christian will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on KACHEA at 7:30 p.m. on February 6th. As for Berean Academy, they will head out on the road to square off against St. Andrews-Sewanee at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
