Garden Grove Gets a Boost from Pacelli in 48-10 Loss
While Quentin Pacelli delivered a dominant effort on Friday, a win just wasn't in the cards for Garden Grove. Despite the loss, Pacelli was still balling out as he rushed for 167 yards, and also picked up 52 receiving yards.
Garden Grove is on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7. Pacelli and Garden Grove are on the road again on Friday to play St. Margaret's at 7:00 p.m.

Cullen Doyle and Co. Win Eighth in a Row
Cullen Doyle's big game helped extend Brea Olinda's winning streak to eight on Friday. Garden Grove had no answer to Doyle as he threw for 212 yards and three touchdowns while completing 76.9% of his passes. Doyle is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
On the year, Doyle has thrown 18 touchdowns while averaging 231.5 passing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he was only averaging 113.13 passing yards per game.

Rounding off our Top Five is Travis Frazier of Esperanza. Frazier threw for 240 yards and three touchdowns. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
