In what's become a running theme this season, the Stockbridge Tigers gave their fans yet another huge win on Tuesday. They blew past Lovett 91-22 at home. Stockbridge's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Stockbridge to victory, but perhaps none more so than Carrington Wilson, who scored 24 points along with 11 assists and 11 rebounds. Wilson has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 13 times she's played. Another player making a difference was India Mcintosh, who scored 23 points along with eight rebounds and three blocks.
Stockbridge's win was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-6. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points per game. As for Lovett, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-22.
Stockbridge does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lovett, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Hampton at 6:00 p.m. Lovett is facing Hampton at the right time seeing as Hampton is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
