The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Don Soffer Aventura has scored all season.
Despite the loss, Don Soffer Aventura still got an impressive performance from Brenda Klucznik, who scored six points.
Don Soffer Aventura's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Mater Academy Charter, their win bumped their record up to 1-6.
Don Soffer Aventura will be home for the holidays to greet LaSalle at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. LaSalle presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Don Soffer Aventura in Florida (LaSalle is ranked 271st, while Don Soffer Aventura is ranked 573rd). Mater Academy Charter won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Divine Savior Academy at 3:30 p.m. on December 19th. Divine Savior Academy is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.
