That makes it six consecutive games in which Acosta has scored at least 25% of Eastside Early College's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Ja?Lyen Jones, who scored 23 points along with 8 rebounds and 3 steals.
San Marcos Academy now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Eastside Early College, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.
San Marcos Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on St. Stephen's Episcopal at 7:00 p.m. on December 11th. As for Eastside Early College, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Travis at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
